Academic Achievements

Baa Atoll Education Centre has been producing commendable results since the first batch of students sat the GCE O’ Level Examinations (London University) in 1995. The results they have been producing has helped the school to boost its reputation and image in the country.

In 1999 Ubaidulla Ali of this school was awarded the National Top Ten.

In 2000, four students of Baa Atoll Education Centre was among the top ten students in the GCE O’ Level and SSC examination at the National level.
They were Abdul Rahman Hussain, Ali Zafir, Mubah Rafeeu and Hamdhulla Hussain.

In 2001 Ali Waheed of this school was among the national top ten students.

'Baa Atoll Education Centre' produced the best results in the country in 2002 in category four which includes secondary students from 200 to 500.

In 2002 Ahmeem Abdul Razaaq was in the national top ten students.




The academic performance is excellent and has been steadily improving in recent years. It was declared as the Most Progressive School in 1999 and 2000.

The school received the trophy awarded to the Best Educational Enstitution in Secondary Examination Achievement in 2000. Almost 45% of the candidates, who sat GCE O’ Level Examination secured placement at CHSE and four students bagged the prestigious National Top Ten awards.

It is the third consecutive year the school maintains its entry in the Top ten list.'Baa Atoll Education Centre' is the first and only school in the country that has classes from grade one to grade twelve.
